Emaar Entertainment inaugurated a virtual reality theme park offering visitors a total of 18 different stimulating experiences for adults and children of all ages. From sky diving and dune bashing in the desert to an apocalyptic zombie outbreak and turning into King Kong, VR Park promises to take visitors on a virtual adventure through a series of games and rides.

Scientechnic’s Building Technologies division has designed, supplied, installed and commissioned life safety solutions for the entertainment park located at Dubai Mall. The scope of work included emergency lighting solutions and fire alarm systems in order to create a secure environment for local residents and tourists that visit VR Park.

Covering an area of 7,000 square meters the two storey space includes several themed game rooms, thrilling rides and a café.

All fire alarm devices were installed as per Dubai Civil Defence Requirement. The Emergency and exit lights were strategically placed with some even camouflaging with the background landscape to ensure visibility from all areas, so as to not take away from the park’s creatively themed interiors.
