The Building Technologies division of Scientechnic met the safety needs of Mada Residences by providing the Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation System by Siemens. This system alerts building inhabitants that they must evacuate in the event of an emergency. Scientechnic was also responsible for the complete supply and installation of the Central Battery System based Emergency and Exit Lights, by exclusive partner RP-Technik.
