Scientechnic intelligent lighting control solutions have enhanced the ambience of Al Muna restaurant at Madinat Jumeriah. Al Muna is an international restaurant with regional overtones and offers views of the enchanting lagoon and has beautifully detailed Arabian decorative styles. The system used was the Dali-based Lutron dimming control system.

The Al Muna restaurant consists of various zones and different seating areas. The Lighting division created different scenes for lighting at various levels using the Lutron dimming system including central processor, Dali modules and intelligent key pads as well as iPad controls.

Lutron’s Dali control system is a two-way communication system that brings digital technology to lighting and is energy-saving. It features an astronomic time clock and intuitive lighting presets which are seamlessly integrated with Dali-compliant output devices and Lutron’s QS components and systems.

Dali sends messages just like computer networks that are picked up by the ballasts via addresses.
