Featuring 190 rooms and suites in its 5-star hotel section as well as 90 serviced apartments Al Bandar Rotana’s 17-storey structure rests on a 3-level basement with an impressive façade overlooking the Dubai Creek. Guests have access to several business and leisure amenities including meeting rooms, restaurants and cafés, a fully equipped gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool.

The Sheet Metal Manufacturing division supplied Scientechnic IP66 Service Enclosures, that are designed and manufactured to suit outdoor applications. Service Enclosures (IP66) are used in electrical installations catering to both commercial and industrial applications.

The Lighting Division supplied the myRoom Plus Guest room management system to the hotel. Each room is equipped with this system which seamlessly controls the lighting and the temperature, while integrating with the room door control system. Eventually all the systems are tied together on a building wide network to provide centralized controls while integrating the building management and property management system. The myRoom Plus Guest room management system not only provides aesthetic controls but also leads to energy saving.
