UAE to get a fully equipped Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed filling station.
Scientechnic Building Technologies is working closely with Siemens to set up an UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed extended manufacturing facility at Jebel Ali. Once ready, this facility will be fully equipped to cater to customers requiring Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing system (HFC – 227 & NOVEC 1230) for their projects.
The facility eventually aims to target a wider market comprising of the complete Middle East, the requirements to which are currently met by
Siemens, USA. Having a filling and refilling establishment in the Middle East helps minimises delivery lead time, proving beneficial to the industry as a whole.
Senior staff at Scientechnic have undergone extensive training covering all aspects of the cylinder procedures and documentation to ensure stringent quality standards of the UL and Siemens are met.
