Scientechnic’s 65,000 sq. ft Sheet Metal Factory was inaugurated by Managing Director of ESAG, Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg on Tuesday, December 12.
In attendance was Group General Manager, Abdulla Al Gurg, Scientechnic General Manager, Easa F. Al Gurg, Group Government Relations Manager, Samya Ibrahim and Mohammed Al Shaibani. This factory will be the first of its kind in the UAE offering tailor made services with complete design and prototype development providing clients with the flexibility to review samples before production.
Following the ribbon cutting, Ashok Muthuswami, Division Manager for the Sheet Metal Division gave guests a tour of the factory along with a demonstration of the newly programmed machinery.
The Trumpf punching machine from Germany and the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery are some of the technologies purchased in order to deliver the highest quality sheet metal enclosures.
Certificates of appreciation were also awarded to Al Gurg Real Estate General Manager, Dalip Tripathi, Al Gurg Real Estate Project Manager-Maintenance, Nausher Ikram and employees of Scientechnic for their contribution towards the completion of the Sheet Metal Factory. The inauguration ended with the cutting of a cake and a note of encouragement from Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg.
