Scientechnic enjoy a four-day working week during the holy month of Ramadan

In keeping with the Year of Zayed initiatives across the UAE, Scientechnic announced a four-day working week and three-day weekend throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

Staff were given the option of taking either Thursdays or Sundays off every week from 17th May onwards until the end of Ramadan. Inspired by the values, vision and teachings of the founding father of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the initiative aims to reinforce the importance of human development and strengthen the spirit of solidarity amongst Scientechnic staff.

Scientechnic General Manager, Easa F. Al Gurg says “A three-day weekend will give employees the opportunity to balance work with other activities during the holy month – be it worship, time with family and friends, or giving back to society. We believe that a well balanced team will have a positive impact on their families and the community at large. Through this initiative, we aim to not only show appreciation to our committed staff but also thank their families for the continued support and encouragement in making Scientechnic what it is today.”
