Scientechnic proudly celebrated its association with the Dubai Water Canal, one of UAE’s most prestigious projects in 2016. The project was treated as a ‘fast-track’ one within Scientechnic, with a dedicated team, consisting of members across several divisions working round-the-clock to meet the tight deadline.
There was a cake cutting celebration at Scientechnic on 9th February, Thursday, as a token of appreciation for the execution and timely completion of the project.
Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg. Managing Director, Abdulla Al Gurg, Group General Manager and Maryam Easa Al Gurg, Director attended the event. General Managers of other Al Gurg entities, head of departments from ESAG Head Office and Scientechnic’s division managers were invited to the event too.
The highlight of the morning was the cake ordered by Easa F Al Gurg himself – the 25 kg, red velvet cake with vanilla and chocolate, in the shape of the water canal, was 1.5 meters long. Dr. Raja Al Gurg cut the cake and addressed the staff at Scientechnic. She commended them on a job well done and expressed her gratitude to every member of the Scientechnic family for their contribution. She also commented on the fact that while Scientecnic does not have too many women staff members, they nonetheless add flavor to the organization. Certificates of appreciation were handed out to the divisions involved in the project.
