Road & Transport Authority (RTA) recently honoured a host of contractors and vendors in recognition of their substantial support to RTA’s outstanding achievements in 2018. RTA presented the awards to the best service providers in seven categories and the Mobility Division of Scientechnic secured the third position in the ‘Mega Project Contractors’ Category. Vijith Mukundan, Senior Vice-President, Mobility division received the award on behalf of Scientechnic, from H.E. Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA. The award is a manifestation of the significant work Scientechnic has done to support the region’s growing digital demands of transportation infrastructure such as the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) which are instrumental in enhancing the passenger experience by optimising heavy traffic flow of the city and meeting the everyday road safety challenges
