Scientechnic visited Technilum in France for a design-led tour of urban lighting innovations.
Scientechnic Lighting Solutions (LS) led a curated visit to the headquarters of Technilum, a renowned manufacturer of urban lighting furniture, located in Béziers, France. The delegation included prominent members of the Middle East’s architecture and design community—Yoonju Chang Kametani, Christelle Moussa, Brian Leung, Melike Ozden, and Anthony G. (IALD, CLD)—accompanied by Mohammed DIDA, Regional Head of Business Development at Scientechnic.
The visit began with an immersive factory tour at Lézigno, a historic heritage site that houses Technilum’s state-of-the-art production facility. Guests engaged in interactive discussions with the Technilum team, gaining deep insights into the design precision, material innovation, and
sustainable manufacturing processes that define the brand’s urban lighting solutions.
The program also included guided visits to multiple installation sites across the region, offering firsthand exposure to Technilum’s versatile lighting applications in real-world urban environments. From smart poles to architectural fixtures, the showcased solutions reflected a seamless blend of form, function, and durability.
