Team Lighting Solutions steps into the festive season with a fun-filled awards night.
For three weeks leading up to the event, all team members had to nominate their colleagues for the various award categories, some aimed at recognising team members who went above and beyond to deliver the best results and a few light-hearted ones to appreciate each team members uniqueness and quirks.
The Shining Star, The Extra Mile, The Trailblazer, The Surfer, The Snackmaster, Mr. Eternal Meetings, The Social Butterfly were some of the award categories.
Scientechnic CEO, Easa F. Al Gurg gave away the awards and congratulated the team, led by Samer Moukalled, Vice President, Lighting
Solutions for the manner in which they collectively worked towards achieving goals by pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations. The popular winners were Sarath Pillai, Operations Manager, Dharmesh Ahir, Sales Engineer and Vishwanath Prabhu, Key Account Manager.
The Awards Night was held at Masti Cocktails & Cuisine, La Mer and Secret Santa added the perfect festive touch to the evening. It was a great way to end 2019, giving the team an opportunity to appreciate their achievements for the year, have a gala time and bond over sumptuous dinner.
