First training session post pandemic

Building Technologies hosted their first face-to-face training session post pandemic for Product and Personality Development session.

The training organised by the Building Technologies division was a full day event, where the team gathered for a Product and Personality Development session. All mandatory COVID-19 precautionary measures as per government guidelines were strictly adhered to, from mandatory masks to social distancing and individual meal boxes for delegates who attended.

The key aspects included in the training module was Effective Service Delivery, On-site Behaviour, Team Management and Report Writing, while

laying emphasis on documentation and maintaining checklists. A separate session was also held for Team Leaders that included product training on panels starting from the basic operation to its complete programming and installation.

The gathering proved to be highly productive and a refreshing change from virtual webinars. This was the first training session held post pandemic, and surely felt like an assurance to better times approaching.
