Scientechnic Life Sciences conducted a workshop on DNA Extraction for the students of RAKMHSU.
The Scientechnic Life Sciences team recently conducted a highly interactive DNA Extraction workshop for the Ras Al Khaimah Medical & Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) students. The session was based on the different steps involved in extracting DNA from a sample using the Monarch Genomic DNA Purification Kit from New England Biolabs.
The Life Sciences team of in-house Field Application Specialists and Scientist guided the students through Cell Lysis, DNA Purification and Quantification and its practical application in the field of Medicine,
Forensic Science and Research. The event proved to be a great learning curve for the students.
