A strategy development workshop was held at the Learning & Development Centre of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group.
A strategy development workshop was organised for the Building Technologies division to help them develop and implement a strategic process of identifying and exploring opportunities for its ‘Blue Ocean’ building technology products, especially those that are mandated by government agencies such as the Civil Defence.
Apart from developing an understanding of how to apply Blue Ocean strategy within the U.A.E. market, it aimed at helping the team identify opportunities and develop penetration strategies and understand the market from a larger perspective. The workshop was conducted by Colin Abercrombie.
