On 15 August, over 150 Scientechnic employees participated in a Bowling Tournament held at the Dubai International Bowling Centre, an event organised by the Corporate Communications team.
With the entire bowling arena reserved for SCT staff, employees had the opportunity to interact with colleagues, start warming up and practicing their bowling skills by 4pm.
Registered employees were put into one of 36 teams consisting of four employees each from various Business Units. A surprise cosmic bowling experience consisting of glow in the dark bowling lanes, disco lights and music was the main highlight of the evening. The aim of this Tournament was to bring the Scientechnic family together for an enjoyable day of fun, food and games outside the office.
A cumulative score of three games resulted in a first place win for Team 19 which included Deputy General Manager, Tanveer Shabandri; Credit Manager, Sanjaya De Silva; Sales Manager – Projects and Energy Management, Kashif Jamal and Assistant Sales Manager of Industrial Stock Sales, Augustine D’souza.
The successful evening ended with great conversation and the promise of many more Scientechnic Bowling Tournaments to come!
