Scientechnic welcomed representatives from the Consulate General of the Republic of Kenya to discuss initiatives that strengthen talent development and workforce readiness for the UAE.
Scientechnic welcomed H.E. Amb. Jayne Toroitich, Consul General of the Republic of Kenya to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and Ms Angela Mbaya, Labour Attaché, for a constructive discussion on enhancing workforce development and preparing Kenyan talent for opportunities in UAE.
The meeting focused on employer skill requirements, collaboration with technical and vocational institutions in Kenya, and initiatives to support a smoother transition from training into the workplace. The delegation also met with Scientechnic’s Kenyan employees to gain valuable insights into their experiences and well-being while working in UAE.
