Scientechnic has formalized a strategic collaboration with MLS Co., Ltd., parent company of LEDVANCE, reinforcing its commitment to delivering advanced LED lighting solutions across the UAE and beyond.
Scientechnic Industrial Stock Sales division is pleased to announce the progression of its long-standing partnership with LEDVANCE into a strategic collaboration with MLS Co., Ltd., the parent company of LEDVANCE. This milestone marks a significant step forward in strengthening shared goals around innovation, energy efficiency and regional growth.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the MLS Global Headquarters in Chang’an, China, by Easa Al Gurg, Group CEO, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (ESAG), and Qinghuan Sun, Chairman & President of MLS and CEO of LEDVANCE. This alliance aims at delivering advanced, design-driven LED lighting solutions across the UAE and the wider region. The signing ceremony was also attended by senior leadership from both organizations.
Representing Scientechnic were Tanveer Ahmed Shabandri, CEO, ESAG Commercial & Industrial Group of companies; Suresh Babu Nair, Executive Vice President; and Stewart Skariah, Vice President heading the Scientechnic Industrial Stock Sales Division. From LEDVANCE were Anna He, President of LEDVANCE APEC, Middle East & Africa; Kiwi Wu, Assistant to the President of LEDVANCE APEC, Middle East & Africa; Hatem Zaghloul, Managing Director, LEDVANCE Middle East; and Asif Zahid, Sales Director, LEDVANCE Middle East.
