PPE training session held at BEEAH Group, Sharjah by Scientechnic ISS and Honeywell, highlighting safety best practices in waste management with comprehensive head-to-toe protection solutions.
Recognizing the critical importance of workplace safety in the waste management sector, Scientechnic Industrial Stock Sales (ISS), in collaboration with Honeywell, recently conducted a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) awareness training session at the BEEAH Group Management site in Sharjah.
The session was led by Uday Kosuri, Senior Manager – PPE, Scientechnic ISS, as part of Honeywell’s ongoing PPE Awareness Campaign. The training focused on educating participants about the correct selection and use of PPE to safeguard workers against risks such as exposure to hazardous substances, sharp materials, and harmful chemicals commonly encountered in waste management operations.
Key areas covered included the application of specialized gloves for hand protection, earplugs for hearing conservation, and respiratory masks for managing exposure to poor air quality.
Attendees were introduced to Honeywell’s complete portfolio of head-to-toe safety solutions through live product demonstrations and interactive discussions—ensuring practical understanding and real-world relevance.
The session reinforced the message that effective use of PPE is not only regulatory but also foundational to building a culture of safety and well-being in high-risk sectors.
