Building Technologies (BT) recently handed over an ELV project for ANWA by OMNIYAT Hospitality Management, the very first and tallest building on the new Dubai Maritime City residential district. Elegantly poised and overlooking the Arabian sea with great views of Dubai, this luxury high-rise of four parking floors, a ground floor and 45 floors with apartments, is a sanctuary where you can disconnect, but still be at the center of all the action.

BT supplied, installed and tested the CCTV system, BTU Meter, Access Control, Gate Barriers as well as a suitable UPS, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. The units installed, blended well into the modern and premium aesthetics of the building. We look forward to more such projects in the months ahead.
