LV switchgear panels
Arabian Gates Tower (3B + Ground + 14 floors +HC) by Time Properties LLC is the largest mixed-use plot in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The development comprises of a total of 704 residential units, ranging from studio apartments to one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. It also has a swimming pool, separate gym for men and women, and a large retail area on the ground floor.
Scientechnic Energy Management-(LV) was commissioned to design, engineer, assemble and supply LV switchgear panels to this project. These included Main Distribution Boards (MDBs - Form-4 construction), Power Factor Improvement Panels (PFIP), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), Final Distribution Boards (DBs), Motor Control Centres (MCCs) and Control panels (CPs). All MDBs and SMDBs were supplied in Scientechnic-type tested design.
- Scientechnic Energy Management-LV team designed, engineered, assembled and supplied LV switchgear panels for the Arabian Gates Tower 2 by Times Properties LLC, a mixed-use plot located in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
- This included the supply of MDBs, PFIP, SMDBs, DBs, MCCs and CPs.
- All MDBs and SMDBs were supplied in Scientechnic-type tested design.
