Novec and Aspiration Smoke Detection System with MODBUS connectivity to FGS panel
Scientechnic Building Technologies recently completed an industrial and international project for the ANOH Gas Plant located in Nigeria. The project involved engineers and staff from the team to prep two separate skids with fire detection and firefighting systems at the Hamriyah Free Zone, Ajman; which will be used on-site in the Central Control Room and Rack Room back in Nigeria.
The scope of work included the supply, testing and commissioning of Novec
System and Aspiration Smoke Detection System with MODBUS connectivity to the FGS panel. After reaching the destination, all the devices of the Aspiration Detector as well as the Novec System will be monitored for fire, fault and supervisory by the FGS panel through MODBUS communication, including the releasing circuits, discharge and low agent status. With the project reaching completion as scheduled, the skids within the containers are now ready to be shipped to Nigeria for on-site installation.
