Scientechnic Building Technologies (BTD) was the preferred fire contractor for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a combination of critical life safety systems for Al Khawaneej Walk by Dubai Holding Asset Management located at Al Khawaneej, Dubai. Fire alarm and voice evacuation systems as well as emergency exit lights were part of the solutions installed on-site by BTD. Along with these, the team were also entrusted the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.
