ELV and security solutions
In the recent past, Scientechnic Building Technologies (BTD) was commissioned by Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group Tobacco for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ELV and security solutions for their warehouse facility located at Jafza, Dubai Free Zone. Al Gurg Tobacco also comes under the ESAG banner and is a sister concern, enabling quick and ease of communication.
BTD installed a total of 31 CCTV cameras on-site with 32 channel NVR and UPS all adhering to Dubai Police regulations, sliding gates at both the entry and loading areas and access control systems at all entry points of the facility. The scope for these included cabling, containment, trunking as well as civil works, installation, testing and commissioning, which was efficiently completed by the team within the set timeline of three-weeks.
