The Building Technologies division supplied turnkey fire safety solutions to Novo Cinemas, one of the largest and most visited chain of theatres in the Middle East.

Scientechnic successfully completed the project design, supply, installation, programming, testing and commissioning of systems for firefighting, fire suppression, fire alarm and voice evacuation as well as a central battery and extra low voltage system for the project.

The Building Technologies division is IMS certified, approved and licensed by the Dubai Civil Defence as an A+ category solutions provider. This certification has opened up an entirely new avenue of recognition for this multifaceted unit, allowing the division to apply and undertake all types of maintenance work in the field of fire and safety.

Scientechnic also operates as a UL-listed clean gas filling station for FM-200 and Novec 1230 suppression systems., enabling us to service most cylinder types.
