Scientechnic Recruitment Process

Scientechnic ensures that the internal and external candidates we select for our job vacancies are well suited both to the culture of Scientechnic and the requirements of the vacant position through the use of globally consistent, professional and validated processes including interviewing, assessment, reference checking and, where appropriate, background clearance.

    • Scientechnic Line Managers initiate the hiring process by creating requirement specifications. From these, HCD professionals create job advertisements. Once your online application has been submitted for a job vacancy, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
    • In the pre-selection round, Scientechnic HCD professionals start the application screening process. In the meantime, based on the job requirements, Scientechnic’s HCD professionals search for and evaluate candidates whose details are already stored on the recruitment management system and may directly contact CV owners whose profile matches the position requirements.
    • As a result of the pre-selection round, the HCD professional creates a long-list of the candidates who best fulfill the requirements of the job vacancy. Long-listed candidates will be invited to the first selection round.
    • The outcome of the first selection round is a shortlist of candidates, who are invited for the second selection round. This may include a personal interview, referencing and/or background check activities.
    • During the final selection round, the Successful candidate is selected. The HCD professional will contact the chosen candidate, and will make the candidate a job offer.
    • In due course, the successful candidate will join Scientechnic and the induction process will begin.

8+ years of experience in Design and Estimation of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
Managing & supervising a team of estimation engineers and Draughtsman.
Designing of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems as per NFPA Standards & UAE Life Safety Code.
Technical meetings with consultant, client & contractor regarding shop drawing co-ordination issue at site.
Responsible for Technical Clarification to sales, projects, maintenance, factory and purchase department.

Motivate the sales and support staff, timely reporting to the Management & adherence to Company's Objectives and Policies.
With relevant experience in Solution Sales for Lighting products for projects business in KSA market.
Sales Management experience will be a plus.
Should have handled multiple brands for Lighting Projects.
From lighting project background including design, specification, solution sales and wide knowledge of industry.
Should have handled direct principals & Sales to Ministry.
Should be able generating Inquiries, Secure orders, Project management and do closure of projects.
Developed products & agencies for KSA market.
Wide spectrum of project experience like industrial, office, residential, education, hospitality, sports etc. more cross experience the better. Should have thorough lighting knowledge. This is different from product knowledge, new technology knowledge, LED differentiation, controls and sales pitch.
Lighting control experience will be a plus.
Should have good Customer handling and retention skills.
KSA experience / Driving License mandatory.
Qualification: Graduation or Diploma in Engineering.
